Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Mombasa
Jambo! Welcome to Africa! On your arrive in Mombasa you will meet your tourleader and be transferred to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast at 0830 hrs depart from Mombasa for Tsavo West National Park. Arrival in time for lunch at your hotel.

At Tsavo West you will be treated to some game viewing. Residents of Tsavo West National Park include: elephants, crocodiles, velvet monkeys, antelope, baboons, giraffes, hippos and lions.

The park is a marvel in terms of geo-physical character and plant diversity. Mzima Springs, the source of Mombasa’s water, is located here. These springs are recharged daily with hundreds of millions of litres of crystal clear water by underground streams emanating from Chyulu Hills. At Mzima, all sorts of animals gather for a drink particularly in the dry season. You may also be able to view hippo and crocodiles from the underwater glass tank.

Day 3: Tsavo East National Park

You take breakfast in your lodge. We check out and drive to Tsavo east, where we arrive early before lunch. At 15.30 hrs, you proceed for an afternoon game drive within the park until dark.

Day 4: Tsavo West - Mombasa
At 08.00 hrs we check out and commence driving back to Mombasa with game drive en route. You arrive in Mombasa in time for lunch at your hotel. You will spend the afternoon at leisure at the beach.

Day 5/6/7: Mombasa
Spend the days enjoying activities at the beach and leisurely pace of life at the Kenyan coast.

Voyager Beach Resort is one of very best leading resorts in Kenya. The resort overlooking the white sands of Nyali beach, just 7km north of Mombasa Town and 30 km away from the International Airport. The area is renowned for its bustling shopping centers and a lively nightlife with casinos and cabaret shows. The resort's convenient location give guests easy access to a huge variety of historical, sporting and cultural attractions, including Africa's largest crocodile farm and the world-famous Bamburi Nature Trail. The Heller Park is one of the most famous attractions in Mombasa.

The resort offers 233 spacious, cabins 83 with beautiful sea views, the remainder overlooking the resort's lush tropical gardens. Eight cabins are interconnected for families, and the resort also offers three large junior suites. All cabins have a private balcony and are equipped with their own telephone, air-conditioning unit and electronic safe. The resort offers three classic restaurants, a coffee shop and three bars, including one open 24 hours. Sports pool and beachfront relax pool. Fun pool, with jacuzzi, waterfall and kids pool. Other facilities are: shopping arcade, salon with Parisian hairdressers, modern health centre with techno gym equipment. Games area, with table tennis, pool and darts and sand volleyball court with daily competitions.

Day 8: departure

Today your tourleader will take you to Mombasa Airport for your flight back home or to any other destination.
